Precision Workforce was created as the skilled-trades arm of Lingo Staffing. Where Lingo covers the full breadth of light-industrial and clerical staffing, Precision focuses entirely on the licensed and certified construction and industrial trades — and on carrying the workers’ compensation and liability that kind of work requires.
That focus is the point. Contractors get crews recruited to spec for the job in front of them; trade workers get steady commercial and industrial work with a team that understands the trades. We staff from offices in Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC, and place crews on job sites well beyond them.
